Making people happy is not necessarily a bad thing, but when it&#039;s taken to the extreme, you can end up bending over backward to make someone happy that either will never be happy (because of something wrong with them) or will never be satisfied (because they take advantage of people).

Sometimes, you just have to let them go, understanding that they won&#039;t be happy and it&#039;s not your fault.  You did all you could (or should).</description>
